List of Top CEOs 2018: Microsoft's Satya Nadella And Google's Sundar Pichai Ranks Among Top Ten in Comparably's Survey

While the environment at a workplace can directly depend on the policies and regulations decided by the management, the workforce can also be majorly be affected by decisions taken by top bosses running the place. Inclusivity is one of the features that has started finding grounds in companies around the world. Along with direct influencers, the workforce's mood can directly on the depend on the policies introduced internally by CEOs and other key strategy makers.

A survey by Comparably has released a list of CEOs who are considered to be best to work with. The Comparably awards are dependent on employee feedback and ratings in categories such as professional development, office culture, perks and benefits, leadership and employee happiness.

Popular Silicon Valley CEOs also made to the list with Google CEO Sundar Pichai ranked at the sixth spot while Salesforce's CEO Marc Benioff at ninth. Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella was at the seventh spot while Microsoft's Tim Cook was at 15. Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg was 21. For the survey on women, Benioff ranked tenth, Pichai in the 13th slot, Zuckerberg on 19, and Cook at 20. Pramata CEO Praful Saklani has been recognized in the categories, Best CEOs for Diversity and Best CEOs for Women.

Phenom People's CEO, Mahe Bayireddi, won Best CEO for Diversity and Best CEO for Women in the small to mid-size companies category with an overall ranking of 95/100 from 78 employees. For diversity among leaders of large companies, T-Mobile CEO John Legere was ranked first, followed by Brad Smith of Intuit and Brian Halligan of HubSpot. Sameer Dholakia of SendGrid and Harry Glasser of Periscope Data was ranked second and third, respectively.
