In the video, Jyoti uses racist terms like ‘Cheeni bhai;’ films people without their consent, travels on a bus without a ticket, and blames everything on the language barrier. Her behaviour did not go unnoticed. Many netizens called her out for her rude and inappropriate actions, criticising her for lacking etiquette. Many people mentioned that her behaviour spoiled the reputation of Indians abroad, emphasising that travellers represent their country and should maintain a respectful attitude at all times. In response to the backlash, Jyoti issued a statement and an apology comment on her video, acknowledging the criticism she received. In her comment, she says, “Thank you for your feedback.
