Weddings are becoming interesting with couples trying unique things to make it memorable. The latest is from Karnataka where a newlywed ditched fancy cars to be driven home in a JCB. Chetan and Mamta from Puttur town in Karnataka's South Kannada District returned home after their marriage in a JCB. The couple sat on the bucket of a JCB digger after the wedding while drummers play the band. Pictures of the couple are viral on social media with people praising their unique idea.

The couple tied the knot on Monday after which the unique procession happened. Pictures show drummers leading the procession while the couple sits in the bucket of a JCB decorated with colourful balloons, flowers and plants. The bridegroom who initially drove the JCB later joined his wife in the celebration as a friend took to the steering.

The husband, being a JCB operator was keen to show the machine to his wife which helped him earn a good living. So he choose the unique way to portray his gratefulness. Internet loved the quirky wedding idea and was in all praises. The couple tied the knot at a marriage hall at Parpunja after which they drove on the machine to Santyar. While the bride looked a little embarrassed with too much attention from passersby on the road, she eventually showed enthusiasm in the celebration.
