Jaisalmer, September 3: A Facebook hacking racket has been revealed from Rajasthan's Jaisalmer area. A lot of residents from Pokhran's Nachna village have their Facebook IDs hacked, with all the names changed to Jillian Clarence. The profile pictures and cover photo of these accounts have also been changed. The profile picture is of a foreigner lady and the cover photo has a picture of woman soldiers. On searching Jillian Clarence, a number of profiles come up on Facebook and all of them have US Army Central stated as their work. One of the accounts has Texas Rangers in the work column. The place of living has also been changed and replaced with Afghanistan and Indonesia. The email id and mobile numbers of these users have also been changed, pointing out that it is at a much larger level. The Nachna village in Pokhran is located near to the Pakistan border thus there is an expressed possibility of a bigger conspiracy behind these hacks. The users have consulted experts in the matter but after a lot of trials, they have not been able to retrieve these accounts. It is speculated that some Pakistani agencies or terror group's cyber cell may be involved in these hacks. Further investigations into this matter are on.
