India's Sons: Twitterati is Praising this New Documetary on Innocent Men who Were Falsely Accused of Rape Charges
A lot has been said about innocent men who were falsely accused of rape charges and it's time we hear some real-life cases. A documentary by Deepika Bhardwaj aims to highlight such cases and its trailer is now gaining momentum and some social media support from Twitterati.
Remember Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra starrer Aitraaz? The one where an employee gets falsely accused of rape by his own boss? What was the conclusion that we derived from its tale? It revolved around how some women misuse the same law that was initially made to protect them. There are tons of real-life cases where innocent men were victims of false accusations and they had to pay a heavy price for no mistake. A new documentary titled India's Sons by Deepika Bhardwaj too highlights the same issue and Twitterati is already in love with the same. They can't stop raving about its trailer that was released almost a week back and are doing their bit to make it socially popular. According to the director, the documentary aims to start a dialogue over misuse of rape laws and reveal the unsaid truth behind India's tag of a rape capital.
