Indian Gutka Company, Kamla Pasand's 1300 Employees Turn Royal Caribbean's Family Cruise Into a Nightmare (Watch Video)

Australian families who were looking forward to a great vacation on the Royal Caribbean International Cruise, Voyager of the Seas received a nightmare instead. Reportedly, the ship was occupied and virtually run by 1300 employee of on Indian gutka company. Workers of Kamla Pasand turned the ship into a show run completely for them ignoring the needs and demands of other co-passengers. Singer and controversial Bigg Boss 12 contestant Anup Jalota had endorsed the gutka brand earlier.
The men came onboard the ship for a conference before it left Sydney on September 6. The unruly passengers took over the bars, pool decks and even filmed other women onboard. A female passenger was quoted as saying that some men were recording her and her friends on their phones. A passenger from Sydney Cassandra Riini told the Australian Nine Network’s A Current Affair, "It was almost like a huge bucks (bachelor) party, a bucks night for 1,200 people." Events which were scheduled to take place on the ship including bingo and trivia nights were cancelled as the men continued to enjoy cabaret. Some passengers also had to have dinner in restaurants as they could get to the buffet.

Outdoor screens on ships which were installed to play Hollywood movies for families were instead showing videos of the gutka company. After receiving multiple complaints, the cruise company had to refund tickets. They also launched an investigation into the incident.
In a statement, the cruise company said, "We operate with the safety of our guests and crew as our highest priority, and are currently looking into all guest feedback regarding this incident to ensure it does not happen again."
However, Ratna Chadha, CEO of Tirun Travel Marketing, which is the exclusive India representative of Royal Caribbean International in an official statement said, "Post Voyager of the Seas' three-night sailing on September 6th, we received feedback from a handful of our guests regarding our client’s group’s activities onboard and we were able to provide them with a satisfactory solution. Royal Caribbean is looking into this incident including all guest feedback to ensure that it operates with the safety of our guests and crew as our highest priority."
