As the spider crawled on her body, she got scared and jumped out of the vehicle.

A woman in Georgia who was driving her van when it tumbled into a river after a spider landed on her lap. She told Georgia state troopers that she was trying to back jer Kia van down Neel's Landing Boat Launch to put her kayak in the Etowah River when the incident happened. As the intruder crawled on her body, she got scared and jumped out of the vehicle. Eventually, the spider rolled down the river but the woman's van had ended up in the river. Following the incident, police sent a trooper to the boat launch in the western part of Bartow County near Kingston. However, by the time they arrived the van had reached to the bottom of the river and couldn't be found. The driver's insurance company will have to incur the charges to find the van. A GSP spokesman told the publication, "She stated that it floated downstream a few feet. And within seconds, it was totally submerged. A passerby in a boat attempted to locate the van, but without success." The Etowah River has four canoe and kayak entry and exit sites. It runs 163 miles and also enters Lake Allatoona and Floyd County where Bartow's George Washington Carver Park is located. 17 miles of the river is accessible for water sports and recreation activities. No injuries were reported during the incident.
