It is popularly said that English writer Sir Walter Raleigh laid his cloak over a puddle on a road to keep Queen Elizabeth's feet from getting dirty. While it is not known if the story is true or not, former Bhutan Prime Minister Tshering Tobgay just enacted the gentleman and posted a picture on Twitter. Tobgay took to Twitter sharing picture of him carrying his wife Tashi Doma on his back on a muddy road.
Bhutan ex-PM tweeted saying, "Not as dashing as Sir Walter Raleigh, but a man’s gotta do what a man's gotta do to keep his lady’s feet clean." That's a lot of modesty and chivalry in a line, Sir!

And Twitter obviously couldn't handle so much cuteness in a single picture. Some Twitterati compared the beautiful couple to the popular duo Monika and Chandler from American TV series F.R.I.E.N.D.S. While some commented saying that he was more dashing than Raleigh himself.
52-year-old Tobgay was the Bhutan Prime Minister from July 2013 to August 2018. Now he is the President of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) and was also the Leader of the Opposition in the National Assembly from March 2008 to April 2013.
