England Football Fan Tattoos 'Football's Coming Home' on His Bum Over a Dare Given By a Friend During 2018 FIFA World Cup

"I haven’t told my wife yet – but it’s not something she wouldn’t expect from me. I’ll be watching the game where ever I can tomorrow. I definitely have my celebration planned if we do win!” said Jason.

Jason West, 35-year-old football fan got the famous lyric ‘Football’s coming home’ tattooed onto his bum after his friend told him he would never do it. He got the tattoo done on Friday ahead of England’s clash with Sweden. The lyric is from the song Three Lions which was released in 1996 to mark England’s participation in that year’s European Championships, held in England.

As reported in Metro, Jason said, “I was having dinner with my mum when a work mate rang me, we were talking about football and he said to me that I would never get that tattooed on my bum in a million years. So, I said to him right let’s get it booked in today and I’ll do it.” He further said, “We tried to ring around some places in Retford, but they were all busy, so I ended up getting it done in Ollerton.”

“We’ve just got to get through now, but I have every confidence that we can do it. I haven’t told my wife yet – but it’s not something she wouldn’t expect from me. I’ll be watching the game where ever I can tomorrow. I definitely have my celebration planned if we do win!” said Jason. “England are bringing it home.” The lyric ‘Football’s coming home’ was written by Lightning Seeds with comedians David Baddiel and Frank Skinner providing the lyrics.
