Viral videos from food giants such as Mc Donald's, Wendy's, Burger King etc. aren't an uncommon sight on social media these days. Especially sting videos revealing their hygiene issues are slowly becoming very common these days. A video recently went viral, showing a Wendy’s employee taking a bath in a huge commercial kitchen sink. The sink that is usually used to clean the utensils or other equipment at Wendy's store. The man who seems to have been encouraged by other friends is seen taking a dip in the huge sink and using the frothy industrial sink like a bathtub. The video was shared by Facebook user @HaleyLeach.
“Go, go go go, oh s***, Take a bath, take a bath. Get in there,” one person is heard saying in the background.“How’s it feel?,” somebody else asked the man getting in the sink. The man replied: “It’s warm,” while people in Wendy’s uniforms watch and record it on their cell phones, as per reports by CBS. “Wash your armpits, ooh yeah ooh” a voice behind the camera can be heard. The video was filled with profanity and was shared on Facebook on Tuesday along with vomit emojis and a caption: “I don’t suggest anyone eating at the Milton Wendy’s again…”
Take a look at the Facebook video of the man taking a bath in the sink at Wendy's:
“We are taking this incident seriously and it is obviously totally unacceptable. This was a prank by a person who no longer works at this restaurant, and who clearly did not use good judgement. We are taking this opportunity to reinforce our very strict quality procedures with our restaurant team," a statement received by WEAR-TV by Mark Johnson, marketing director of Carlisle, which owns Wendy’s outlet in Milton read.
