Emine Erdogan, Turkey's first lady was spotted with President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on her trip to Japan when she was spotted carrying a USD 50,000  handbag. Her pictures flooded social media and she instantly started receiving hate and backlash. Roughly 11 people on the minimum wage of Turkey could equal to the cost of the handbag.
