Do Aliens Exist in Our Solar System? NASA Scientist Dr Michelle Thaller Says ‘Absolutely Certain’ There Is Extraterrestrial Life in Our Galaxy
While the mystery over the existence of aliens remains a majorly talked about topic, a claim made by a NASA scientist has sparked a new debate.
Mumbai, August 27: Do aliens exist? If yes, where are they and why have we never seen one? Many theorists believe the aliens are strategically hiding themselves from us mortals. Some claim they are preparing to wage a war against humanity. We can't tell. While the mystery over the existence of aliens remains a majorly talked about topic, a claim made by a NASA scientist has sparked a new debate. Scientist Dr Michelle Thaller has claimed that she is "absolutely certain" that aliens live in our solar system.
Dr Thaller came up with a hypothesis suggesting the potential presence of extraterrestrial life on Venus. This planet experiences extreme temperatures of 475°C (900°F) and is surrounded by a dense, acidic atmosphere. According to Dr Thaller, it is conceivable that the aliens might be living on Venus, enduring conditions that would be intolerable for humans. Thaller, who works as a research scientist at the US-based Goddard Space Flight Centre, said that “possible signs of life” were already noticed within the carbon-dioxide-filled atmosphere and added that she is certain about the existence of life somewhere. In an interview with Ths Sun, Thaller said, “We see possible signs of life in the atmosphere of Venus. I never expected Venus. Venus has been frequently called 'Earth's twin' due to its comparable size and structure. Nevertheless, their environments are starkly disparate, with astronomers asserting that the harsh conditions on Venus make it inhospitable for human existence. According to the Daily Mail, Venus has a similar size and mass to Earth but a boiling surface temperature of 867°F (464°C).
