A writer from Illinois, United States, Blake recently became the victim of online trolling, who told her that she was “too ugly for selfies.” Not being afraid of social media mockery, Blake posted three defiant pictures of herself. And she was surprised looking at a massive response. All positive! Blake’s Twitter thread has gone viral, and she is only earning praises. Could it get any better? Blake writes a blog called ‘So About What I Said.' She revealed that trolls had told her last month that she “should be banned from posting selfies because I’m too ugly.” On her viral Twitter thread, she wrote, “During the last round of trollgate, people said that I should be banned from posting photos of myself because I’m too ugly. So I’d just like to commemorate the occasion with these 3 selfies.”

The 37-year-old Blake was born with Freeman-Sheldon Syndrome, a genetic bone and muscular disorder. Blake revealed that she had undergone about 26 operations.
