The couple got married in a tradition Konkani wedding on Wednesday and will be following the traditions of a Sindhi wedding today. Sapan shared a beautiful wedding photo of him and his wife as traditional Bengali bride and bridegroom on Twitter with the caption: 'Guys since you’re all waiting for Deepika-Ranveer wedding photos and they’re not out yet, you can check out my wedding photo. You’re welcome.'

The couple's wedding has so far been a highly guarded affair with media not even anywhere near their abode. The celebrity duo had announced their wedding details on social media a month ago. Filmmaker Karan Johar was among the first celebrities to wish the couple happy marriage. Union Minister Smriti Irani took to Instagram expressing her curiosity in seeing the couple's wedding photo.
