Pornhub, you made it hard for the deaf to enjoy! The XXX website, which hosts millions of adult videos, offers many kinds of upgrades to enhance the video watching experience. But it did not rise up to the expectation of a deaf man, who has filed a case against the Pornhub. The popular adult website is sued by a hearing-impaired user for reportedly the lack of closed captioning of XXX porn videos. Not just a lawsuit, the man even seeks monetary compensation for “damages.” However, it remains unclear as to how much he is asking from the porn giant. While many of you would probably wonder why a user needs closed captioning for pornography, some people do like to watch the movies with a plot and rich storylines. And Yaroslav Suris is one among them. Suris in the court documents argued that he has failed to comprehend the dialogue in numerous XXX videos due to the lack of closed captioning. All these videos, Suris argued do not have closed captioning. Pornhub Vice President Corey Price, pointed out that the website has a section dedicated solely to XXX videos with closed captioning. He was quoted in a TMZ report as saying, “We understand that Yaroslav Suris is suing Pornhub for claiming we’ve denied the deaf and hearing impaired access to our videos. The Daily Dot noted that Pornhub’s ‘Closed Captions’ sections offer 410 videos in total as compared to the site’s “Amateur,” section that has about 287,768 adult videos. Well, in this case, we do understand the man’s misery!
