Individuals have always seemed to have a soft spot for the dogs. Be it a stray or their own pet, the bond between a dog and a person is utterly beautiful. And how we love to witness and hear stories of dogs saving their human masters (or even complete strangers). On the other hand, there are individuals too who do not think once to rescue their furry friends if in danger. The speedy action captures our love and affection. Much like in a recent one where bystanders were quick to lend a helping hand when a curious dog wandered onto train tracks in Melbourne, Australia. Twitterati cannot stop themselves praising the good Samaritans!
One of the commuters expressed the incident on Twitter. The train which he boarded was delayed because a dog was walking on the tracks and the driver did not want to run the train over it. In no time, a station attendant put the dog in place where the witnesses helped it to move safely. It was a delight to see the furry one to get rescued. The officials immediately contacted the City of Port Philip, Australian local government area to find out if anybody was looking for a missing pooch. Soon after, the netizens were informed that the dog was reunited with its master.
See how the dog is rescued!

Soon, they contacted the City of Port Philip.
The dog has a new job, courtesy of @metrotrains. They're getting him a bowl of water and have called @cityportphillip to see if anyone's reported a missing pooch. pic.twitter.com/sRxXezQ7ct

And they lived happily ever after!
Happy ending. The dog's owner just ran into the station, panicked, asking if anyone had seen a dog. The pair have since been reunited. pic.twitter.com/RwMfDEd5iZ

Here is one of the reactions.
This looks like above and beyond work by Regina at the station - is there any way to nominate her for an award or something like that?

There aren’t a lot of good moments in the midst of tragedy, but seeing pets reunited with their people is one. Yes, this is one out of many images of pets in dire need of help and stories of those who have dropped everything to come to their rescue. It is a pleasure to see them wagging their tail happily as they are save and barking at their masters as they return to them.
