Couple Born on Same Day in the Same UK Hospital Are All Set to Marry!

Shauna Gracey and Tom Maguire were both born on December 22, 1992, at Billinge Hospital in Merseyside, United Kingdom. 26 years later the couple is all set to marry! The duo who came into the world hours apart in the same building, met on their 18th birthday. Tom was born seven hours after Shauna who was born 13 weeks prematurely at the now-closed Billinge Hospital. They were introduced by a mutual friend as they were both celebrating their birthdays on the same day. Tom is an engineer and Shauna works a children's nurse.

The duo lives less than 5km from each other, but had never met each other until their 18th birthdays in 2018. While Tom immediately fell in love with her, Shauna, in the beginning, was not interested. However, two months later, the duo had a drunken kiss. But, Shauna was still not sure about him, but seeing Tom's love for her, she eventually fell for him. Talking to Daily Mail about their marriage, Shauna said, "From the get-go, Tom was so keen. He was adamant we were going to be together and would tell me he loved me. I told him that were just friends and that we would never end up together, I just wasn't interested. But one night we were out and I just looked over and saw him and thought, "Oh my God I really like him".

She added saying, "We've been together eight years now and I couldn't be happier, he really is one in a million. Now more than ever I feel like it was fate that we met. I think it's so nice that we were born on the same day in the same place. I love telling people and seeing their reactions."
