A Brazilian gang leader made a horrible attempt of escaping from the jail by dressing up as a girl and posing to be his own daughter. Clauvino da Silva made a failed attempt at escaping from the Rio jail but his nervousness gave him away. The prison officials caught him and took off his silicon girl mask and long-haired wig. A video of da Silva removing off his own faked appearance has been released online and has caught all eyes. Clauvino da Silva known as 'Shorty' is associated with one of the most powerful criminals in Brazil. He is among the controlled drug trafficking in a large part of Rio. He planned to escape from the Gabriel Ferreira Castilho unit in the Gericinó high-security prison in west zone Rio de Janeiro. His teenage daughter had visited him on Saturday and his escape plan involved her to be left behind in the jail. Rio's State Secretary of Prison Administration spokesperson as quoted in DailyMail report said, "Clauvino was wearing a pink t-shirt with a black bra underneath, had long black hair, tight jeans, white sandals, a coat and glasses but even though he had the face of a girl, he didn't move like a woman." The police are now investigating the role of his daughter along with other prison mates who could have helped in the escape plan. Because as he tried to escape from the prison, seven other women who were leaving, tried to surround him deliberately. da Silva is now being transferred to another high-security prison and faces disciplinary sanctions.
