You can never really predict what artistic talent one might possess. 5 years ago an artist named Stephan Brusche from Rotterdam, the Netherlands created a doodle on banana fruit. The concept fascinated many and Stephan too continued with his carvings on the banana, sometimes the peal, sometimes the soft interior. His incredible talent became so popular that he decided to quit his full-time job and started fulltime fruit carving/doodling.

Well, how Stephan started out is also pretty interesting. While talking in an interview he had revealed, he wanted to test out the Instagram filters, but he did not have a picture to test them on. But there was a banana that he carried for lunch. He drew a face on it with the help of a ball pen realising there is so much fun to it. Since then he never stopped experimenting. He eventually started out carving on the soft texture and putting it up on the photo-sharing site. Today the artist, a full-time banana carver has close to 80,000 followers on Instagram. Given his smooth intricacies and amazing talent, it is only well-deserved. Check out some of his works:

So simple yet so pleasing

Remember Uncle Scrooge Mc Duck?

Ever thought bananas would be so expressive?

Bananas aren't just yellow, you know!

Appealing even through peels!

A question most people pose is what does Stephan do of the bananas later? He simply eats them! Not only bananas, Stephan has also experimented with other fruits, although the banana carvings are the most appealing!
