Students across India were left confused after witnessing erroneous messages on the placement section of Amity University. It turns out that the official website; amity.edu has been hacked and the university students and aspirants are advised to avoid using the site for a while. Officials are yet to comment on the matter. Amid the ongoing college and university admissions, the Noida campus's webpage getting hacked has come as a big blow to the students as well as the varsity. The placement page of the university is asking for $5000 (more than Rs 3 lakh) for students to get jobs at Pornhub.com, Xvideos.com, Porn.com along with other top recruiting cells such as Bajaj Allianz and British Airways. upsc.gov.in Hacked! On the placement of Amity University, Greater Noida website, it currently reads, “No Placements. F**k off we wont give you any placements, you students are useless. What do you think ? yahi hamara kaam hai? (sic.).” It further asks for USD 5000 (more than Rs 3 lakh) in return to get a student placed at XXX websites. On the right side, the image of “angry” Pakistan fan, who paved the way into the meme world is also used. After scrolling down the hacked page, under the section of “Corporates Where Amitians Are Working” Porn websites are mentioned along with top companies.

Nothing is definite yet, as to who has hacked the University’s website or even if the varsity is aware of it. But it is advised to students not to use the Amity University Noida site for a while to avoid such explicit content on the Placement page.
