Dubai, May 25: Ajmal Hasan Khan, the Canadian billionaire and founder of the Caribbean Premier League (CPL), passed away due to a cardiac arrest at the age of 60. Reports indicate that Khan collapsed after a workout session at a prestigious five-star hotel resort on The Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, where he was staying alone. The tragic incident occurred on Monday, May 20, as reported by a family friend, Nadeem Khan.

According to a report from the Khaleej Times, Ajmal Hasan Khan was vacationing alone at the Dubai resort when he decided to engage in his regular fitness routine. Shortly after his workout, he complained of uneasiness and collapsed. Funeral prayers for Khan were scheduled to take place on Saturday, May 25, at Meadowvale Cemetery in Mississauga, Canada. As per the report, Nadeem Khan stated that the family is coordinating with local authorities to repatriate Khan's body to Canada, expressing profound grief over the unexpected loss.
