Commuters of Auckland seriously have a better civic understanding and this video will prove it. A video going viral on social media shows cars plying on a busy road in New Zealand. Suddenly, the vehicles come to a halt and everyone stops without complaining or causing any other issues. On a closer look, you will see that a family of ducks are crossing the road. A mother duck is being followed by her ducklings as they go across the road. The drivers showed much patience and did not move until the ducks crossed the road to the other side.
Reportedly, the incident happened at 7:45 am as Auckland commuters were busy going to their work on the Northern Motorway. The incident came to the notice of The New Zealand Transport Agency after their traffic cameras near the Tristram Ave onramp captured it. The video was soon to go viral on social media with people praising the commuter's alertness. The ducks being small could have been quite easily missed and would not garner anyone's attention.

But whoever noticed it first was quick to act right which is appreciatable. What is heartwarming how vehicles on all three lanes came to a halt to let the ducks pass. NZTA in the video also said that the police had located the ducks and escorted them to safety. Internet users lauded the motorists for their action and stated how everyone on road should learn from them.
