The man who was using a 23-inch sex toy ended up having it stuck in his colon and wasn't able to pull it out on his own. He was rushed to the emergency section of the Great Metropolitan Hospital in Niguarda, Italy, and with the quick and creative thinking of the doctor had him saved. The doctor had to remove the sex toy from his colon by innovating a new device that helped them remove the 'foreign object.'

The 31-year-old man went to the hospital only after 24 hours of having the sex toy stuck in his colon and after his futile attempts at getting rid of it. The doctors said to the NYT that he was suffering from mild abdominal pain, but fortunately wasn't showing any symptoms other than that. The doctors used an x-ray to find out that there was a 'long and large-sized' foreign body stuck in his colon.

However, the doctors came up with a unique idea and created a device using a medical wire to latch onto it to pull the sex toy out. The idea of the doctors worked and the toy finally came out. The device was made by 'threading the wire through a catheter tube' and create a 'noose' at the end of the device to help pull the sex toy out the man's colon. This great idea helped them suceed.
