 ICJ Orders Pakistan To Give India Consular Access to Kulbhushan Jadhav, Death Penalty Suspended

The ICJ on Wednesday granted consular access to Kulbhushan Jadhav. The death penalty of Jadhav also remain suspended. The international court asked Pakistan to review Jadhav's covinction. Jadhav, an Indian national, has been sentenced to death by a Pakistani military court on charges of espionage and terrorism after a closed trial in April 2017.
