The Tulare Lake, dubbed as the āCalifornia ghost lakeā resurfaces after completely drying up om the 17th century. It has re-emerged after 130 years, swallowing around 94,000 acres of farmland. Its reappearance has stirred both wonder as well as concern in locals and experts alike.
