India will celebrate 131st birth anniversary of Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, the second president of India. Sarvepalli Radhakrishan was born on September 5, 1988, in Tiruttani in the erstwhile Madras Presidency. Radhakrishnan was known to be a great teacher.
