⚡Shashi Tharoor Says 'India Can't Talk to Pakistan If They Have Guns in One Hand'

Congress leader Shashi Tharoor commenting on US President Donald Trump offering to mediate in the Kashmir issue, he said, "We don't need a mediator. We've no trouble in talking to Pakistan. But we can't talk to them if they've guns in one hand and bombs in the other. They should put that down and lock up terrorists."
