PM Narendra Modi attended the convocation ceremony at IIT-Madras on Monday and also spoke at the Singapore-India Hackathon 2019 prize distribution event at the campus. Congratulating the winners of the Hackathon event, PM Modi mentioned about one idea which he specifically liked.
