Dubai Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum's "special" visit to India paved the way for a stronger bilateral collaboration, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Tuesday after meeting the influential leader from the United Arab Emirates.
