The Himachal Pradesh Cabinet in its meeting presided over by Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu on Saturday approved the upgradation of three municipal councils to municipal corporations, and two Nagar Panchayats to municipal councils. It also decided to create six new Nagar Panchayats.
