The Regional Meteorological Centre (RMC) has issued warnings for heavy rain for several coastal districts in Tamil Nadu over the next five days. According to the weather department, heavy rainfall is expected in Mayiladuthurai, Nagapattinam, Tiruvarur, Thanjavur, and Pudukkottai districts.
