⚡CISF Decision Declaring Candidate ‘Unfit’ for ASI Post Due to Tattoos Upheld by Delhi HC

The Delhi High Court has refused to interfere with a decision of the CISF declaring a candidate ‘unfit’ for appointment to the post of ASI due to the presence of tattoos on his body. A bench of Justices was hearing a plea filed by a candidate who was declared unfit on the grounds of the presence of a tattoo on his left forearm and on the left side of his chest.
