Actor-filmmaker Lea Thompson is set to direct female-fronted comedy Sisters Before Misters. Based on the novel of the same name, Janine DiVita and Eric Holmes have adapted the screenplay, reported Variety. Dolphin Entertainment has acquired the rights to the book.
