Kannada actor Shiva Rajkumar has joined the cast of Vishnu Manchu's upcoming film Kannappa, which will also star Prabhas and Mohanlal. The film is being directed by Mukesh Kumar Singh and produced by Manchu Mohan Babu under the banner of Ava Entertainment and 24 Frames Factory.
