Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha participated in the Bhumi Pujan ceremony and laid the foundation stone for a new Shiva Temple at the sacred Mata Kasbeswari temple, the second most revered Shakti Peeth dedicated to Goddess Kali, on Tuesday.
