Michelle Yeoh portrays the role of a deity in the new Disney Plus series American Born Chinese, based on a graphic novel of the same name by Gene Luen Yang. Shang Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings director Destin Daniel Cretton will also be directing this series. American Born Chinese will release on Disney+.
