The northern railway or the e-ticket portal of IRCTC also provides no information about this service yet. Maybe because the tourist season is yet to start, there seems to be no booking yet. Parveen Gaur, railways’ senior divisional commercial manager said to a TOI report, "We expect the ticket sales to pick up soon. The division had told the IRCTC to upload the information about the new service and it will remind the corporation if the latter forgot." The ticket rates are also higher than the other heritage coaches which run on the same route. Neral-Matheran Toy Train Coach to be Renewed With Glass Ceiling.
