The Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle had gone into labour as announced by Buckingham Palace earlier today and now the big news is here. It's a boy for Meghan Markle and Prince Harry and we couldn't be more thrilled about the news. Fans of the Royal family had been waiting for the arrival of the Royal Baby since the past few days considering Meghan had gone past her due date. Meghan went into labour in the early hours of Monday morning, the palace said in a statement. The announcement of the Baby Boy's arrival was made by the official account of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex on Instagram.
The announcement read, "We are pleased to announce that Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Sussex welcomed their firstborn child in the early morning on May 6th, 2019. Their Royal Highnesses’ son weighs 7lbs. 3oz. The Duchess and baby are both healthy and well, and the couple thank members of the public for their shared excitement and support during this very special time in their lives."

Prince Harry was known to by Meghan's side as per the statement released earlier today. Baby Sussex is the Queen's eighth great-grandchild, and seventh in line to the throne. The baby boy will be behind the Prince of Wales, the Duke of Cambridge and his children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis and the Duke of Sussex.
