All you have to do is mix Kuttu ka atta (buckwheat flour), rock salt, freshly chopped coriander leaves, grated ginger, chopped green chilly, grated potato (potato laccha), grated cucumber, water as needed and make a thick batter out of it. Kuttu Atta Pakora Recipe- Who doesn't like a plate of fritters or pakore? Navaratri is the right time to have pakoras made out of Buckwheat flour. All you have to do is make thin slices of potatoes and keep aside. After which you have to make a batter of buckwheat flour Buckwheat flour -1 cup, Sendha Namak - 1/2 tsp, Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp, Green coriander - 2-3 tbsp, Ginger - 1/2 Tsp, Chopped Green chilli - 1. Kuttu Khichadi- Another great way of consuming Kuttu is making khichdi out of it. You have to first boil the buckwheat till it is soft and then temper it with green chilli, ginger, curry leaves.
