While some women openly discuss topics that are considered taboo in the society like periods, there are some who are rather hesitant to discuss it with their counterparts. Now a new research from Woo Woo found a whopping 42% of women in the UK constantly groom their bush and on average ladies are cleaning down under at least five times a month. While 39% groom occasionally and 19% choose to keep it full bush. 13% choose to wax at home and 7% go for regular professional waxes. And according to the survey the most common form of hair removal was shaving, with 80% of women admitting to using a razor down below.

Michaela Pak, a senior therapist and training manager at waxing company Strip recently revealed a new hottest bikini trend for the 2018 which is called the ‘Dirty Martini’. She told The Sun: “All the hair is removed at the sides and underneath, but instead of leaving a ‘landing strip’ you have a small triangle instead, in the shape of a Martini glass. She further said, “Women tend to love this look as it puts a new sophisticated spin on the Brazilian. Each woman has a personal preference, how they would like their down under to look like. While many would do it for themselves, it is believed that sometimes women shave or don’t shave depending how their partners would prefer it. Whether it’s waxing, trimming, shaving or using hair removing creams, women invest in a lot of time and effort sometimes even more than it would take to do a haircut. For years, the popular choice among women has been the Brazilian, when some hair is left ‘up top’ and Vogue recently claimed that women have quit the razors and are going au naturel i.e. full bush.
