Latest pictures on Kensington Palace's Instagram shows the Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton swinging happily on a rope swing in her garden at the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) Chelsea Flower Show. The pictures were taken when Kate was giving finishing touches to the garden before the show opened on Tuesday. The theme of her plot 'Back to Nature' explores memories of childhood and also has an underlining hue trying to promote the benefits of how nature helps in physical and mental well being. She also wanted her garden to resonate with her young children, a place where they can play and relax. Royal Family Christmas Cards 2018: Prince William, Prince Harry, Prince Charles Release Official Holiday Images; View Here.

According to her designers, she was inspired by the Japanese concept of forest-bathing, where one walks slowly amongst woods to 'bathe' in its peace and refresh oneself. Sharing the pictures 37-year-old writes on social media, "In recent years I have focussed much of my work on the early years, and how instrumental they are for outcomes later in life. I believe that spending time outdoors when we are young can play a role in laying the foundations for children to become happy, healthy adults." Further, she says the garden includes a swing seat, tree house, trees and shrubs of different heights and textures. Prince William and Kate Middleton Have the Sweetest Message for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle on the Arrival of Baby Sussex (Watch Video)

The caption further reads, "The garden forms part of Her Royal Highness's ongoing work on early childhood development and her mission to support efforts that give every child the best possible start in life. The Duchess has committed to making early childhood development the focus of her work in the years to come, and believes that providing children with the opportunity to spend time outdoors can play an important role." Royal Family Is All Smiles in Their Candid Photo Marking Prince Charles' 70 Birthday.

Kate's involvement with the 2019 RHS Garden at the Chelsea Flower Show was first revealed in February this year. Kensington Palace had then said that the garden would help "inspire families to get outside and explore nature together". The palace in a statement earlier said, "Over the past few months, The Duchess and landscape architects Davies White have visited plant nurseries, suppliers and specialist craftspeople who have been growing and building elements of the garden ready for Chelsea." The RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2019 begins on May 21 on the grounds of the Royal Hospital Chelsea in London.
