Winters bring in happy times. The chilly weather makes you snuggle to your blanket while sipping on some warm winter soups. However, winters also bring in flu, illnesses and diseases that can lower your immune system. It is important to pay extra attention to your diet to maintain your immunity. It is always a great idea to include healthy immunity-boosting foods into your diet, so that you don't catch common winter illnesses such as a cold or flu.
