What Are Dreams?

Dreams can also be vivid or ambiguous depending on what you are dreaming. Most clear dreams occur during your REM sleep. REM refers to Rapid Eye Movement when your brain is active the most. Moreover, there is no fixed number of dreams we can have in a night.

What Causes Dreams?

Umpteen number of reasons can cause dreams, but there aren't any definite things that can cause you to dream.

  • Amongst many theories related to dreams, most experts believe that dreams have no purpose or don't even have any significance. Whatever you dream, is mostly random activities of your brain.
