The actress revealed that she uses walls for balance and plastic wires as jump ropes and yoga straps. Vidisha plays the character of Anita Bhabhi in the sitcom Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai, which airs on & TV. Talking about the DIY props, the actress said, "Maintaining a stretched body and a calm mind is essential for focused action. My yoga practice and homemade props have been invaluable in achieving this calmness. For example, I use walls for balance in standing poses or to deepen stretches whenever possible."
