Triple H manages to maintain his massive physique even at the age of 50. 'The Game' trains each muscle group by giving a separate day for the chest training. His training of back is mixed with legs and biceps. 'The Game' also focusses on developing a strong triceps.

Remember 'Triple H' is a wrestler, not a regular aesthetic bodybuilder. His training program ensures that he trains for endurance, speed, agility and power so that he can give a good long fight in the ring. His workout routine includes functional exercise like battle rope, box jump, sled push etc. For strength development, Triple H performs sumo deadlift which develops the posterior chain.

Triple H Diet

Triple H eats full-fledged six balanced meals in a day to keep his metabolic rate high. When he prepares for a particular fight, he follows a carb cycle in which he includes low-calorie carbohydrates.  His meal, in general, includes vegetables, meat, fruits, starch and plenty of water. Triple H strictly avoids junk food.

Triple H's main source of protein includes steak, chicken, turkey, fish and egg whites; and he derives carbohydrates come from rice, potatoes, vegetables and pasta. He likes to get healthy fat from fish oil. If Triple H misses a meal, he consumes a protein shake or a health bar.

Keeping fit Triple H style is no child's play. It needs focus, determination and self-control. It's little wonder why the WWE wrestler is a fitness icon for many.
