The secret to living longer is one that has always been studied upon by science. In times when we hear of people dying at an early age, a healthy lifestyle is a must. While exercise is an essential key to fitness, there are different other ways too, which can ensure a longer life. And one of them is staring at boobs! We are not making this up, but there has been a study done a few years back which states that staring at boobs creates a positive mindset in men. Positive thinking has a powerful effect on health's choices and it benefits the person.

The study was published in the Archives of Internal Medicine found that men with coronary heart disease who immersed themselves in thoughts of boobs seemingly were motivated for exercise and maintaining good health. So the practice of staring at boobs may be uncomfortable for women but it is very positive for men at least and hey it's backed by science!

1 Have a Lot of Sex

This is another way which is only going to sound good for men is having a lot of sex. A study which examined the relationship between frequency of orgasm and mortality found that sexual activity has a protective effect on a man's health. Sex along with promoting healthy well-being is a major stress buster. It can thus reduce the likeliness of illness. Sex also releases serotonin, a happy hormone which makes the body feel all relieved.

2. Get Married

Don't be disappointed guys, but marriage is a way to live longer. Marriage may be associated with all sorts of restrictions and being tied to the wife, but it could help in longevity. The age of marriage is also a consideration. A survey done on more than 127,000 Americans found men who got married after they were 25 were likely to live longer than those who got married at a young age. Living with another person has health benefits.

3. Have Kids

After marriage, the next step comes to having kids. Men who naturally progress into tending kids after marriage live longer. A study published in the Journal of Epidemiology & Community Health found that parents who reached age 60, men who had kids had their life expectancy going up by at least 2 years. By the age of 80, men with kids lived more than those without kids by eight months.

4. Maintain a Plump Yet Healthy

Okay, this may be the most obvious and constantly repeated but it is important. Most fathers, do not maintain their exercise routine and develop fat but looks like that too is a good thing. In a book called How Men Age there is an argument that a little fat and plumpy men, who invest a lot of their time with children are likely to have fewer risks of cancer or heart attack. It also states that fatty men maybe even more attractive to women. Not sure about that though.

These are some ways which are very positive for the men out there and will help in increasing your lifespan. Well, men love boobs and sex, the happiness they feel from these is just scientifically proven to increase their age. And those who are freaked about commitment and marriage, they too are contributors to a good long life. So worry not folks, have a long life!
