Sonu Sood is an ovo-vegetarian, where his major source of protein are grains and lentils. As per the report from workoutinfoguru.com, Sonu Sood's morning diet includes fruits or wheat flakes or muesli with fresh fruit juice. He also eats egg omelette for breakfast made from eight egg whites. He does not eat rice at lunch or dinner. Apart from that, his meal includes dal, roti sabzi.
