PV Sindhu was born on 5th July, 1995 in Hyderabad and both her parents are volleyball players. Sindhu started her badminton training at the age of 8 with coach Pullela Gopichand as she later joined his academy. It is not easy to become a World Champion and lead a lifestyle like that. Sindhu follows a very strict diet along with a vigorous training session. She mostly does strength and conditioning training and her main intention is to be agile and has high endurance level.
