The session was about mental health in the workplace. It was held in London on Tuesday. Prince Willian spoke about how difficult it was for him to balance work and family. He said, 'The relation between the job and the personal life was what really took me over the edge. And I started feeling things that I’ve never felt before. And I got very sad and very down about this particular family.' He further said, 'You start to take away bits of the job and keep them in your body. And of course, you don’t want to share with your loved ones because you just don’t want to bring that sort of stuff home.'

He explained how it is important to prioritise our mental health as well. He said, 'We all have mental health. Just as we look after our physical health, we look after our mental health.' He also urged people to not ignore their mental health. He said, 'You must not silently suffer.' He encouragingly said that, 'You are all in this together, and if I may speak personally, we are all in this together, because asking for help was one of the best decisions that I ever made. You will be continually amazed how life changes for the better.'
