Does Drinking Your Own Urine Have Health Benefits?
Urine Therapy is known to be quite popular in South Asian and Middle Eastern countries. The therapy advocates that drinking pee, your own or of animals like cow, etc. It says that the urine contains "nutrients" that may have health benefits to cure various ailments.
However, modern medicine believes drinking urine does not have any health benefits and may, in fact, subject you to infections, if you may be suffering from UTI, STDs or other diseases. Moreover, the practice is unregulated and medical professionals don't approve of it. So if you are drinking your own pee, you are putting your health at risk.

She didn't stop there, in the 1 min 26-second video she went ahead to practically making her dog pee, collect it in a glass and eventually drink it. Another, 33-year-old yoga instructor from the UK claimed that drinking her own urine every morning has relieved her of chronic pain, boosted her immune system, and cleared her complexion.
